Accountability.. what did you eat Thrusday
Weird day for me...had no appetite...If I hadn't gone late grocery shopping I wouldn't have made 1000 calories...So I went all out on a sandwich and doubled myself over on a a little ricotta fluff stuff I made...I don't know why it didn't dawn on that that ricotta is milk and I am lactose intolerant and can only handle a spoonful of ricotta...NOW I REMEMBER!!!! Holy cow!!!!! I almost dumped first time in years! I was ILL!!!!!!
B: 1/2C Coffee, 1/2C Soymilk and 2 oz protein powder
S: 3 sf lemon creme cookies
L: 2 oz swiss cheese, 10 pimento olives, 5 water crackers and a plum
S: "OH yeah Natural's" Peanut Protein bar (YUCKY!!!!) Didn't like that at all. Ate it anyway for the protein
9 PM Dinner:
Grilled panini Ruben
~2 1/2oz pastrami
~2 slices rye bread
~1T Thousand Island Dressing
~1 1/2 Slices LF swiss cheese
~2T Sauer Kraut
LATE snack
1/4 C SF Banana Ricotta Fluff <---was so good til the lactose or fake whipped cream hit me...OUCH!!!!
Fat: 66 Carbs: 107 Protein: 100.5 Fiber:7.5 Calories: 1397.5 Sugars: 21.5
Thats terrible.. yes milk. dairy.. not for you if you cant handle it. I know how u felt and I feel for you. oh my... I am glad you are feeling better now..
great numbers on you good and protein.. not sure what happened to the fiber.. wow that is low..

B protein shake
S 1 string cheese
L 4 oz grilled amberjack
1/2 c steamed broccoli
1/2 c salad with 1/2 tbs ranch
S mini bag popcorn (lite)
D grilled pork chop
small baked sweet potato
S 1 cookie (homemade reduced sugar)
1 reeses peanut butter egg from my daughter's Easter Basket (it called my name and I answered) I hate PMS. LOL.

Well Melissa I think you did good with your choices and got some good protein in. thats a good thing. do you track using fitday or sparkpeople. It really helps keep you on track.. I would go crazy if I didnt have do it everyday.
Are you maintaining or trying to loose.. you look great in your avatar.

I keep a food journal on paper. I have books I use for my figures on calories and protein. I have a book at home and a pocket size that fits in my purse. That way I can keep up with my stuff anywhere I am. If it is not in my book then I will look it up on spark people or fitday. I am not trying to lose weight. I have been maintaining my loss for 3 years within a 5 to 7 pound range depending on the day and time of month. I just decided to chime in on the post for a change as I was looking for new food ideas. I used to like to read these to get ideas for foods to try.

Well I use sparkpeople to do it for me. I am not sure abut how may grams of protein are in the bar you ate. I am assuming... that you ate about 70 to 80 grams of protein on the day. Not enough in my estimation. I would also think that you are not eating enough by the looks of your meals. YOu may want to start tracking you food to give you a better Idea of what you are eating each day. Are you still trying to loose or maintain. That will help me know where you are in you journey.

Gotta love it... taxes.. I did mine and instead of getting money they sent me a letter saying I have to prove I have four kids.. go figure... yikes..
I consider doing taxes an exercise in itself.. thats why you just couldnt eat.. Today is a new day. get that protein in girl... the numbers arent that bad.. just a low day for you..
