WLS newbie in a stall needing encouragement

hugs...i understand, we all do. Been there, done that. Be sure you do what is right and the weight will come off. Protein, fruits and vegetables. Stay away from the carbs, the white stuff, pasta, breads, potatoes, etc. Exercise, get your water and vities in. Be sure you get at least 60-80 grams of protein, possibly more in a day. Ok? Watch the milk intake though. You are doing great, I'm so excited for you! blessings, TAmi
