Wow, you look great.  My husband is getting ready to have gastric sleeve on the 10th.  I showed him your pictures and he said he hopes to look like that in a year. Thanks for the pictures.

I don't know for sure...but I think if my husband told me he hoped to look like Melissa in a year I might be a little concerned!  Heather

Well, maybe I should be worried. But like I told someone who asked me what would I do if he left me after the operation. I said at least I would have the peace of mind that he is still alive because of our sacrifice we've had to make to save his life. I know it sound deep but it's the truth.

That's sweet...and that's true love.  I think your hubby would be crazy to leave someone who loves him like that...I'm sure it won't ever even cross his mind! I was actually making a lame attempt at a joke...something struck me as funny...that he said he wanted to look like "that" in a year...and my mind went to the fact that she is a girl rather than that she's thin...get it? I wish you luck on the new journey you're about to imbark on with your hubby. Heather

Well, I guess he wouldn't look too good in a pair of pantyhose. I realized after I wrote it how bad it sounded.  I can't wait to see how well he will look again.

Melissa, of course, I've watched you shrink from the beginning and you look wonderful. Fact is, you were pretty even at 300+ pounds, just even more so now.
