Accountability.. what did you eat Thrusday
OMG OMG OMG... ok guys I have to share this.. you all know I am a behaviorist and work with special needs individuals and I do training along those areas. So we have been trying to convence this one regional center to let us provide the training for them. Today I was asked to do training so like a good girl I show up to do the training... OMG OMG OMG... not one person in there was nota big wig of the RC. I had executive directors, their assistants, department heads. You name it they were there.. I almost feel out of my chair. Well... I made it through and got some great reviews but to say it wasnt a little intmidating would be a lie. I even got a hand shake from the big guy and he wants me back doing more for him. Now thats not a bad day. So even though my days get crazy... the rewards of what I do are so awesome. It gives meaning to why I do what I do. Knowing that I can help individuals with special needs to live more independent and happy lives is a good thing and something I am very proud of that I do.

How are you all doing.. I am so glad it is my friday. I am so ready for a break... way to crazy lately for me... anyway. I tossed the cookies out but I am trying to learn to handle it with portion control so I did pack a couple small cookies in my lunch cause I knew I would be standing up and walking for 7 hours I knew Imight need that boost. so not a bad day if I plan it in. Heres what my day looks like

I plan to plant my butt on the couch and relax a bit.. of course that means I will fall asleep but I wont tell if you dont tell. I refuse to fall asleep.. there.. think I can do it.. Wow what a day, I felt like I was running around with my clothes on fire, lots going on at work and I really was stressed, found myself wanting food all day.......not the best choices but thankfully my pouch controls the portions; pre-op it would of been a disaster.

Current weight:120 and still 5'4
I'm so tired I can hardly keep my head up right now but wanted to post my accountabilty..I worked really hard today. I sat at my desk all day long so I could balance one of the accounts. It was worth it but just had to go out for lunch and walk around Walmart..I even got 2 and a half miles of walking in today. Not too bad for a desk job..
Congrats on the success with the big wigs. It's so nice to be recognized for what you do. I just love it when they notice how hard I work and how thoughtful my job is for them..
Breakfast: oatmeal, tvp, soy milk, coffee
(I made a special effort to drink more water today. I got in 72 ounces and not including the two cups of coffee I drank either).
Snack": 1 oz cheese stick and 1 roasted turkey slice, 8 multi grain crackers (1/2 serving)
Lunch: 1 cup of chopped up chicken on a bed of chopped lettuce and 2/3 cup canned green peas. Caesar dressing.
Snack: Orange, 1 oz kettle corn
Snack: 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese, 12 oz V-8 Juice
Dinner: 2.5 oz pork chop, 2/3 cup mashed potato, 2/3 cup canned corn
Dessert: 1/4 cup dark chocolate edamame beans
Totals for the day (I knew it was going to be low because I just ate what I wanted to and didn't force myself to eat more than I wanted)

I'll try and do better but I'm so tired of eating..Going to bed now...Everyone is sick and coughing all over everywhere at work. I hope I don't get sick...That would flat suck!
