Exercise: 30 min weight training (my arms feel like rubber)

Too low on everything today but just didn't have time or desire to squeeze more in.

Wow you dont get much in and I bet your protein is pretty low.  May want to input your intake to see what you are doig.  If you are in starvation mode you wont get those last few pounds off.  It's hard making that transition but it helps..  You still have acid reflux.  yikes.  Most times its gone after wls. Hi Carla,  My reflux is gone now.  I had 2 good night sleeps w/no episodes.  I have the band & my last fill just kicked in suddenly after 2-3wks.  I had a little taken out .10 & it made a big difference.  I am eating very little right now but it's because I am getting used to my new ajustment.  It will loosen up & I am starting to eat a little more each day (gradually)  .    Thanks & very nice to meet you.

Great job Carla!!! I had a simular situations lately,  I am appointed by the Tribal Council to serve on the Salish Kootenai College Board of Directors and my seat is up in June.  I was thinking to myself that I would not reaply because I felt I had less to offer then some of the other "well" educated members, being I have the least amount of formal education compared to the Docorates and Lawyers and Bureaucrats.  As I was considering this option, and nobody knew what I was thinking, 3 very important people approached me and told me to reapply because I was the BEST board member *****ally listens and makes good, sound judgements and does not make decisions based on what I could gain from it.  I about cried because at times, I get intimidated by all the "well" educated idiots that also serve on the board.  To say the least, I will be reapplying!   Spring is hear, I get so busy and I need to remember to take care of myself!  I have really incorperated fitness into my life and now I have to make myself eat enough of the right foods!  My numbers are low,  need to raise them up!!!  I better start with the protein shakes again!  Here was yesterdays food and activity.  I got home too late last night to measure so I will try and measure tonight.

Thats awesome.  It's great when you feel like you are accomplishing something.  You are almost burning more cals in exercise than you are eating.  be careful with that.  dont want to go on a stall mate with loosing.. Have a great weekend Carla

You are awesome Carla!  I think you are a super special person to do what you do!  Those people are lucky to have you..of that I am certain!   My dh turned into my DH with a capital "D" yesterday when he forgot to meet for for lunch and left me stranded in DC without a way home in the cold rain for 8 hours!  I was pissed, but he still had all his body parts this morning ...lucky dog...
