Carla,  I wanted to be the first to weigh in today...Not great news but not bad: Last week: 120.4 This week: 120.2 So, essentially no drop. I'll take that as a good thing. I was short yesterday but I'm full of energy and up early this morning and ready to kick  it into high gear.  How is everyone else doing on their "cruise?"
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Well you are not below the 120 mark so thats a good thing.  Maybe its working to keep up up a bit and not contining to loose. Carla

Hey all.. Its friday again.  Time to find out how we are all doing.. so hop on that scale and sound off.  Remember we are all winners here.   Last week  123 This week 123 I have been having a food fest all week so I am happy it didnt go up. Maintaining now for 7 months... By jo I think I've got it. Grats on all your success folks.. Carla

You will get there. but make sure you should all the exercise you do it may not happen. You probably have a ton of muscle on you.  great job at maintaining for the week Carla

Hello, I just joined the grad group & this is my first post!  I just weighed in @ 191 this morning.  Boy...all of you look great!   I am 2 year band grad .  Slooowwly but surely I will get to goal! Nice to meet all of you.

Hi all, Last week : 138.8 This week: 135.4 I have been participating in a weekly weigh-in and tracking my food intake. This has been key for me to break out of the high 130's and get down to 130 where I want to be. It is really eye-opening for me to track my eating and see how much I really can eat in a day if I don'****ch it. I am hoping to get to 130 and stay there for a cruise that I have in August!  I am also going to Vegas at the end of May and want to get into a 2 piece (and look decent). Angela

COOL for you.... Last week 166.2 This week 165.2  (I'm still with TOM) and still on doc orders to not raise my heart rate much. I'm getting really itchy to work out just a little! Sheesh!
