Maintaining Weight Loss with Exercise
I'm just shy of 5'5" tall. I'm the troll of the family. Everybody else is tall. My mother was 5'8, my daughter is 5'8, my father was 6'2, my brother and son are 6'1. I'm down here where the weather is still cold. I wish I was taller so I could eat more! Honestly, I didn't have much trouble getting into the 120's, but I can see it will be hard to stay here. I recently had a little rebound and I've been seeing 130 more often than 125, so I've had to make some changes. I went on sparkpeople and logged my food intake, and was surprised to see how many calories I'm taking in. I've cut back a little and the weight is VERY slowly coming back off. The honeymoon is over.

I'm 2 yrs 3 months out and gained back a few pounds but I've gotten back to working out. Right now I jog 4 to 5 times a week for 40 - 60 minutes (2 to 4 miles), do yoga classes twice a week (90 min classes), and have started lifting weights 2 to 3 times a week. If I don't move, I gain - I can eat about anything - I really wish I dumped more! On the upside, my energy level is finaly started going up!
