DH is out of town this weekend so I took advantage of it and cleaned and organized his office - of course now he won't be able to find anything but hey... it looks nice!

Belly was a little picky today so the appetite kinda went out the window.

B: AchievOne (20g)
S: 1/4 c. Fage mixed with 2T LF cream cheese, splenda, and fresh blueberries (10g)
L: Chike smoothie (32g)
S: 1 mini SF cream cheese bite and 1/4 c. Dryers NSA cookies-n-creme ice cream (6 g)
S: 1.5 oz of Kays Halapeno/Honey Pretzels (15g)
D: 1/2 of an omlette (egg beater, turkey, feta) (12g)

Cals: 840 Fat: 26g Carbs: 49g Prot: 93g

If I can squeeze in another Chike smoothie tonight I will but I don't think it's gonna happen.

Water: still working on my last bottle
Vits: all but multi's - didn't make it to the store today but I'll be going first thing in the morning
Exercise: cleaning and organizing house and office

Oh - and I went to the mall today to buy a swimsuit and it just reinforced the fact that I have NO boobs left Oh well, PS will come soon enough...

Tell me about that bathing suit situation...I look like a junior high aged teenie bopper...No chest at all. Quite different from my 38 D's pre WLS...Sure miss those girls. Now I got tiny little bugs.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

I think junior high teenie boppers have more boobs than I do right now!

The swimsuit is cute though - it's a black and white bikini. I was going to go for the boy-short style to hide my sagging arse, but I found the regular bottoms actually had more coverage so I went with those. But I think you can see more of my ribs than you can boobs!

Couldnt wait to get home from church so I could post here! Yesterday I got back into my walking routine,,walked 2 miles with hubby, then another half mile with the fat Chihuahua!! (hes on a diet too!!) For the day I had: 1306 calories 59 fat grams  97protein 99 carbs (ouch!) but they were "good carbs" Go figure,,the scale was actually UP a pound,,but my clothes were looser!!! Whats up with that??? Oh well, Ill keep doing what Im doing!! I know it works! Be blessed!! Betsy

You know it does.. great day.  If you keep the carbs under 100 its always good.  keep that protein moving.  Way to go on walking that is so great.  You are kicking butt on getting back to sailing that ship. See you tomorrow with more good news Carla

Got my house cleaned yesterday...One of those thorough cleaning jobs with an old toothbrush type jobs...(Scrubing grout lines and nooks and crannies)  My butt is soooooo sore I can hardly stand after sitting!  I'm going to add back some extra  toning exercise and light weights! This is ridiculous!  My whole body is aching!  LOL I think I've been taking it too easy!  (Fell asleep at 6pm and woke up a hungry monkey!   You'll see! ) B: 1/2 C coffee, 1/2C Soymilk and 2 oz protein powder L:Sausage and Lentil Soup in a Squash base soup     ~2 Kiwi fruit (1 serving) S: 16 almonds D:4 oz baked garlic chicken breast w/1 oz goat cheese      3 oz eggplant parmigiana (egged and breaded, but broiled not fried in oil) S: EEK! I wanted peanut butter...Terrible crazy craving...and it was next to the Nutella UGH!      1 tsp peanut butter      1 tsp nutella (chocolate hazelnut creme)        1 oz  Whole grain chocolate tortilla chips  <----Yes this is a real thing!  YUMMY! (naughty snack was 11.5 fat/  23.5 Carbs/ 4 Protein/  3.5 Fiber/ 204 calories) OUCH! S: 1 oz Musclemilk, sf jello single and  4oz lite soymilk Fat: 67.5    Carbs: 127.5    Protein: 127    Fiber: 40     Calories: 1566

I forget that yesterday was my 2nd surgiversary. I see my surgeon on Wednesday. Had my yearly blood work done already and was told all was normal. Got a date for my hernia repair, abdominoplasty and breast lift for July 16th! Things are moving along.
