Lunch: salad, fettuccine, apple, bites (500 cals, 15 fiber, 32 protein)

Supper: 4oz ham, 1/2 cup potatoes, 1 cup cabbage (400 cals, 5 fiber, 30 protein)

Snack: 1/2 serving chili/cheese/nachos (225 cals, 3 fiber, 16 protein)

snack: crackers, yogurt, apple (300 cals, 10 fiber, 10 protein)
