Okay, so....Day #2 Pretty much the same as Day # 1! 30 min. walk, 135.2 oz. of water, sf jello, 2 carnation instant breakfast with whey protien , slit pea soup, chicken broth! Wooooo Hooooo! Come on Day #3!!!

What is 5DPT? I lost 90 lb the gained 45,then lost 25 I still have to loose 40 lb.
