Accountability... what did you eat Tuesday

I did eat lasagna with meat and 4 oz chicken. Cheese works b est for me. Meat has always been tough for me to eat and tolerate. Knowing that, I suppliment the protein. with all the increase,I still haven't moved on the scale weight wise. Oh well. I thought I was down the other day, but not. OK - Tax prep is done and being delivered to CPA first thing in the morning. Whew - I survived it! Give me a patient with chest pain any day - but put numbers in front of me

Vits: done
Exercise: 30 min of vigorous weight training

This is too late for Carla to see unless she's getting out late for the camping trip but here it is. I went to support group last night and the stress at work is not good. Snacking is the only way I'm getting anything in at all. I tried to eat three tacos last night for dinner and couldn't get in the last bite of number 2.. Breakfast: oatmeal, tvp, soy milk, coffee Snack: 1 oz cheese stick and roasted turkey wrapped around that.  Lunch (eaten in two sessions): 3.5 oz of roast beef with a touch of barbeque sauce, 1/2 a boiled potato, also stewed Snack: orange, 1/4 cup smoked almonds Snack: apple Dinner: 2 beef tacos from Carl's Jr (they said the nut values were 250 calories each and 12 gr protein)  Snack: 1/4 cup Butter Toffee Peanuts (SF) Totals: Calories: 1699 Fat: 79 Carbs: 155 Protein: 103 So much for my goal of going over 2300 calories and 130 grams of protein for the day. But Wednesday is a better day!  I'll see you all this afternoon...I'll watch the Accountability posts...We can watch them together and keep eachother encouraged.

You know there has always got to be something wrong.. the old timer rv wont start so the mechanic is on his way over to fix it.. grrr.. life just throws those lemons once in a while.  Oh well.. yes I see what you did.. u can actually eat 3 tacos in one setting.. wow.. still not a bad day.. well not a good day for you either..lol.. gotta get some food in you girl.. I do have to tell you that winco has been calling me all day and I have not gone there... I am so proud of myself.. stress of going on this trip is getting to my need to munch.. See ya later Carla

Yes you need to do a bit better on the protein.. a shake or two would have helped in that area.  good girl on drinking the water.. that can sometimes be a toughy. Take care and I will see you later Carla

Hello Ladies,    Please add to my list 48 ounces of water so far.    For dinner I planned to have a 2 egg omlet with a turkey slice.  Also will get in aother 48 ounces of water.  I do not know what to do cause I can not see to lose.   Laura
