My word, I'm having trouble wrapping my mind around such small  numbers. You are doing awesome. I eat yogurt almost every day and that's probably why I don't have too much trouble with my stomach unless I eat too many carbs (sugar free cookies..I'm a whimp for those).  Your choices look really good too. Protein will go up with the yogurt and bring it up over 100. Not bad.  Keep it sailing!

Oh great!  It's you!  LOL  Now I have to confess to you!...My dh stopped at TJ's on the way home and calls me and says "Do you want anything?"  LMAO!  I tell him to pick me up the choco covered soybeans! He says.."I see espresso beans"  I say "YES those too!"  So I eat a servings as soon as he gets home of the Espresso ones which I have not eaten in a long time...and I had to sit from the caffeine high!  OMIGOD...since i cut back on coffee that totally gave me the shakes! It was that or the sugar or both!  I was not expecting that. I couldn't cook (good excuse) so I was glad I had left overs from lunch... B: 1/2C Coffee, 1/2C unsweet Soymilk, 2oz protein powder(soy-whey blend) L:TVP Chili and beans, 1oz cheddar, 1/3C greek yogurt, 5 blue corn chips crumbled S: 1/4C Dark choco covered espresso beans D: Same as lunch (no cheddar, ran out) ~1/2 tsp coconut oil and multi vits S: 3 x  baby artichokes (egged, breaded and fried in olive oil) S: chicken egg roll  (Daughter came home late with a box of these from work!  I shouldn't have!) That's exactly why I hate to go to support group meetings with newbies...I make it either look so easy they think they'll be 95 pounds in 10 months or they're scared they'll look anorexic.  I confess I've lead you into a horrible snack attack but...Aren't they GOOD?  But your calories and fat look really good. Carbs are up there. Sugar is up there, I think. Did you make the TVP Chili beans? Recipe please...Right now TVP is my favorite thing in the world (asside from the chocolate covered coffee beans mmm.)

You're so cute!  They are too good...I was glad I measured those espresso beans though...I think a half serving next time will do me fine!  I could have just kept on eating them :) The 64g's of the carbs are good carbs and fiber from pinto beans from two meals that  I used in the chili.  37 from the artichokes...and as you know 21 from the espresso beans!   The Chili is easy!!!  I made a huge batch since dh came home early and had a late lunch with me....I used 1 Cup TVP, 2C water, 1 Can diced tomatoes...1 Can Pinto beans (I don't drain them)....3-4 T chili powder, 1T paprika, 1 T cumin, sprinkle red pepper flakes , 1 beef or other flavor boullion, 1 tsp oregano, sprinkle garlic powder...fresh cilantro for finish & 1/4 cup fage yogurt (I used 2% fat) This is my quickie version...otherwise I would have used fresh ingredients such as sauteed garlic and onion in a little olive oil and fresh tomatoes rather than canned...but I wanted something quick.... Boil the water and beef boullion and add the TVP...then just toss in the rest of the ingredients, mix and simmer for ten minutes or so....The TVP soaks up the moisture and it gets nice and thick so you have to watch it or could burn and stick to the bottom...Grate some cheddar cheese on top and a big plop of Fage yogurt (which is my new sour cream ...with a ton of protein as opposed to sour cream)  top with a  few crumbled blue corn chips for a little color and crunch and a sprinkle of fresh cilantro and it looks so pretty and tastes yummy! As prepared....A small bowl (about a cup) and toppings (with the yogurt, chips and cheese) is approx. 400 calories, 13 fat, 41 carbs, 23 protein, 13.5 fiber   It's so hearty too!  Keeps you full for a long time!

ooo. that sounds really good. You know, being in earthquake country I like to keep stuff in the pantry that doesn't require refrigeration and that TVP sure fits the bill on that. Hubby swears it tastes like ground beef. I'm not sure which planet he's actually from but whatever... I'm going to stock up on TVP for the summer too and keep it in the camping stuff...

Oh, sorry to hear your pouch had a PMS day (Petty - Mad - Sucky) Looks like the fat was high and the protein was low but your pouch has to rule when it's in that sort of mood... Keep at the helm and tomorrow you should be out of the storm. Good Sailing!

Morning Dawn, thanks for keeping our ship afloat while Ms. Carla has some R&R time. I had a good day, the carbs from the 2% milk made me shiver; I was out of my soy milk but with all the other numbers in the right place it didn't hurt.  Night I'll restock the house with good stuff for me.  I probably won't be on OH to much if at all this weekend, the Louisiana Invasion is happening, lol.  All my friends from the Texas Message board are coming in so we'll be having lots of peep time.  (I lived in Texas 7 years back to La. less than 9 months ago). Looks really good to me. Be sure and elaborate on the ON Vanilla Ice Cream when you have time...With the weather turning (hopefully) warmer, I'm looking for subs for my homemade banana frozen yogurt... Protein numbers are really great. Fats low...Looks to me like you're really on course..Have fun at the "invasion."
