I never noticed how that Acheiv drinks have so much protein. How do they taste?  You know, I'm learning an awful lot by reading these posts while Carla is away from her desk. You all rock! And you're giving me lots of ideas!  Looks like a really good day for you. really low on the fat and nice number for the protein...Keep sailing Captain!

i like them alot, too much. I actually only drink one a day, and the rest are champion whey stack, but they are similar so that is what I post on fit day. I carry them in the car with me all the time, and when my pouch is sensitive its achiev all the way!

Hi everyone.. It's me camper girl.. Out at MIL for breakfast so jumped on real quick to say hi.  Well I havent totaled my food but I can give you an idea of what I ate. B- protein shake  2 bites of egg and a piece of bacon S- sweet snap peas L- chicken and roast beef sandwich with no bread 5 pretzels... muchies go figure. S- Protein bar D- turkey burger with no bun S- MIL brought these pecan cluster things today.. yikes.. about 200 cals in them but had at least 20 protein.. Well that was it.. TOM finally arrived... yikes.. not a good thing since I have been waiting 3 months for it.  Well I will get through this too.. lol...  You all look like you are doing great and Dawn you are doing a great job keeping the thread going.  Keep up the good work and I will see you all soon. You've been watching for TOM for weeks...Now that you're on vacation it finally hits? So not fair. I'm trying to keep on top of things.  I'm sure you'll be down when you get home from what I'm seeing here...So much protein and no carbs..AND you're on vacation..I'd be so bad...Wait till you see a sample menu of my vacation fare when I leave in July...ONly if I make those sugar free marshmallows...I'm envisioning S'Mores every single night...Till I barf.

OMG! You scared me! I read "dunkin doughnut..." and nearly fainted...Some of us need to gain alitle but that would just kill me.  I haven't started teh friday posting yet. I like to at least wait till I hav elunch behind me..LOL.

Yeah the doughnut would have killed my day!    I did have a rough day yesterday but back to a fresh start today.

Yesterday I was pretty stressed out...So I tried to keep busy and did a little yard work and some exercise...Tried to stay off the computer and not deal with anything...but the munchies got me...Stil managed to keep low numbers but I grazed all night....Oh well B:1/2C Coffee, 1/2 Soymilk, 2oz protein powder   L: I just picked was not hungry.... til later...     1/2 ounce beef jerky...1/2 C TVP chili (left over) and 1 LF mozz cheese stick S:1/2 C 2% Fage Yogurt and 1C pureed fresh blackberries S: A few TBSP of TVP mixed into a T peanutbutter and 1/2 oz choco muscle milk D: 6oz Orange Roughy 1/2 tsp herbed butter and peppercorn w/ 1oz mango salsa on top      ~1/2 C yellow squash sauteed iolive oil and garlic and fresh tomatoes and green onions      ~Handful of blueberries S: NSA Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich S: 1 oz  Barbeque flavored soy crisps dipped in 1/4 C...2% fage yogurt (Chips and dip!)   Fat:33    Carbs 109        Protein 135.5        Fiber  25       Calories 1270    Sugar: 28

Well, you know where you went Thursday with your sailing...Now you just assess where you ended up, check the charts, and head off in the right direction...So we hit bumpy parts from time to time? It's all part of the journey and can work just fine provided we don't let it sink our ship.. The Orange Roughy sure sounds good. How did you cook it? My son has told me he likes fish so I'm always looking for new fish to have him try. Any 16 year old that tells you he actually likes something...That's pretty special. Otherwise, he'd eat hot dogs all day and drink sodas all night...Fish is so good for him, I'm afraid to tell him THAT!

Orange Roughy is about the BEST fish I ever ate! It is pure white...very little fishy flavor. Nice and moist too (not dry like most white fish)...I broil it or bake with a tiny bit of butter, salt and crushed pepper corn (Flip once for a total of about 10 minutes) It has a slightly sweet taste very similar but milder than crab or lobster... Then I use this mango salsa I get at Costco ...I eat this about once a week! My husband loves it too!  I never liked fish much...but I can tolerate fish that is not very fishy...I can only eat salmon if it is fresh and totally spiced up!  LOL But I eat it becuase I know it's good for me!  If it's too fishy I gag!  The Orange Roughy I get a giant bag of frozen filets and it comes out so mild and so good!  They are defrosted and ready to cook in about 30 minutes too...so it's great for those times you forget to pull something out.  For 4 oz of Orange Roughy it's 90 calories/ 1 fat/ 20 protein
