You posted it above. Good job. Now we'll see what you post next wee****ep track of my weight from one week to the next...Most do to keep track of their progress. If this is your first post, maybe you could add which direction you want to go...What is your goal?

Maintaining is a good thing....I can't wait to get the okay from Doc to start exercising again!  I need to keep my muscles toned...So I worked out a bit the end of this week (just a little light weights and easy pilates type stuff) and man alive! I am so sore today!  (it was those espresso beans gave me so much energy...was wired for sound!) Last week: 165.2 This week: 164.5

Yeah, those things will wire you big time. Sometimes it's the only thing that keeps me from laying down on my desk and taking a nap at the end of the day.

Glad everyone else is doing well. I'm not. Just got back from two weeks traveling. Wasn't able to exercise other than walking this whole week---haven't been this long without exercise in many months. The week before wasn't qute as bad---but wasn't good either. Just got back from a week in Istanbul and a week in germany--food was great both places. Before travel morning nekkid weight was hovering around 143-145. Today nekkid late afternoon weight was 148 :-( Will see what it is in the AM.....in the meanwhile I'm ready, willing, and able to get back on track! Hopefully next Friday I'll have good news to report! Take care all, Kim

Ah, it's just alittle bounce in the road. You're probably just responding to too much salt. Alot of fast foods and junk foods have alot of salt and that's a water magnet..AND late afternoon there's what I like to call "gravity weight". Seems (to me anyway) that the gravity of the earth is stronger in the late afternoon...More so than in the morning. That's just my opinion. You'll get it back on track and be sailing fine by the middle of next week, I'm sure..

Hey, grammas aren't allowed to worry about anything while grandbabies are being born...AND in our office if you have a grandbaby, you're REQUIRED to bring pictures even if it's the very next day... Where is Elmo? I was born in bozeman and raised in Great Falls...But mostly all over Montana..Just wondering.
