You're alittle light on protein with these numbers but otherwise, good low calories and good low fat. Cottage cheese is a good thing. I've been adding protein powder to it mixed with alittle soy milk to get it from clumping up in the cottage cheese. That adds the protein I need and hardly any calories. Of course, I can't do the regular jam either...SF for this girl.  Keep up the good work!

Teeth are heeling only taking tylenol now no more big guns makes me way too out of it.

 

B Atkins chocolate delight shake

    starbucks caffe americano with cream and splenda

L  1/2 cup Kashi go lean with out milk

      2tsp peanut butter all natural from the deli

      5 peices dried apricots

s  2 32 oz bottles south beach pineapple mango protein water

D 1 boullion cube

     3oz boiled chicken breast

      1/2 cup chinese veggies steamed

       (i make my own cup of soup)

 s  Hard boiled egg

96 oz water or propel

I tried to get more protein and did better today

 

Oh yeah I walked briskly for at least 30 minutes

Oh i definately commend you for moving at all when your mouth isn't feeling right. When my mouth hurts I just wanna curl up and pull the covers over my head a cry...I'm a big whimp when it comes to my teeth. AND I'm a big whimp when it comes to going to the dentist...hurt too many times at that place... I bet you can hardly wait till real food is back in force.

I dont' dare start pulling up weeds. I'd have nothing growing in the yard at all if it weren't for the native stuff that grows on this desert...LOL

Good numbers for you. Really low fat today. That's cool. And pretty good protein too. I LOVE lentil soup. We had baked beans at the bbq today but I didn't get any...Just didn't get around to it. Maybe tomorrow. We have tons left.
