Accountability... what did you eat Monday
Hey Carla, My Nut told me to get between 30 - 50 grams a day. Is it because I am a lapband patient that I may not need as many as yall?
She also told me not to drink protein drinks to get the protein from solid protein foods...I think cuz it will make me fuller & the drinks go right through the band for us.
But she never told me how many cals .

I was surprisingly hungry all day and felt like I ate tons more than usual. Worked out to about 200 cals more than usual, but I'm still under where I'm supposed to be... arggghhhh - I just can't fit it all in...
B: 2 packets of McCanns SF Oatmeal with light butter (8g)
S: AchievOne (20g)
L: 2 TJ's mini whole wheat pita's with chicken salad made with cottage cheese (30g)
S: 1.5 TJ's mini whole wheat pita toasted with light butter and wheylow gold (3g)
S: PowerPop popcorn and 1 NSA fudgesicle (7g)
D: Tortilla pizza (small low carb, w.w. tortilla with 1 T pesto, 1 T sun-dried tomatoes, 1 slice Provolone, 1/2 oz Feta, 1 T parmesan) (19g)
S: Chike smoothie (32g)
Cals: 1397 Fat: 55g Carbs: 107g Prot: 118g
Fiber: 23g
A little on the carby side but the end numbers worked out ok I guess.

Well, today when I went out and stopped at DD for coffee to go they say, would you like a free donut??? They were giving out free donuts with a coffee because it was tax day. I said thanks, but no thanks, no donut for me. YAY FOR ME! I can tell you I was really tempted but I know a taste of one those donuts would be the end of me. I haven't had a donut in over two years.
