Accountability... what did you eat Saturday

Dana please do post ..I find if I don't have too many choices I do better. I have not been able to get in 3 pieces of pizza, guess the carbs did not bother me since it was whole wheat but just that I consumed 3 scares me....last week I barely had 2 and was full. I have my locarb slimfast and unjury on autoship so its here, last time I only did the drinks and skipped the soup due to sodium. I may add it on Tues.Monday will be easy as I am traveling to Tampa to see my surgeon for my 3 yr post op...5 hrs in the car so I will take a cooler with my slimfast.

Current weight:120 and still 5'4

If I can get everything together by tomorrow I will be joining you as well on the 5dpt.  I need to get myself back in control here.. I feel like I have lost my focus and my cravings are getting the better of me.

Super windy here today and I either have allergies or a cold coming on so I'm miserable...

B: NSA fudgesicle
L: Oatmeal with light butter
S: AchievOne followed by PowerPop popcorn
D: tofu spaghetti with seasoning and 1/4 c. broccoli with cheddar
S: 1 piece of Spinach pizza crust
S: Chike smoothie
S: 1/2 c. Fage mixed with 2 T LF cream cheese and SF White Chocolate syrup
3 Citracal Creamy bites throughout the day (35 cals a piece)

Cals: 1098 Fat: 35g Carbs: 89g Prot: 95g

Water: done but barely
Vits: done
Exercise: none - zero energy today
Weight stayed at 101.5

good day there.. little low on protein but the numbers are all in the right place.  spinach pizza sound yummy.  do you make that or did you get it someplace.  I love spinach.// have a great day. Carla

I made it - used a recipe from jhudson on the RNY board for Broccoli Crust Pizza but I subbed the spinach for the broccoli since my digestive system seems to like the spinach better It was quite tasty!

bananas are so high in cals and carbs.. yikes.  sounds like you did ok.. chips I did myself.. yikes.. they kill a diet dont they.  Keep up the good work. Carla

Hi Carla :) IM BACK!! Weeee. My eats were terrible yesterday since I was travelling but I miss logging too much to wait :P Soooo what did I eat??? Everything would cover it hehehe 3 lattes (380 cals, 30 protein) cashews (468 calories, 3 fiber) 1/2 apple, spinach, 1 egg, ham, chicken, cheese and ceasar salad dressing (600 cals, 5 fiber, 30 protein) pretzels (220 cals, 3 fiber, 4 protein) chips (360 cals, 1 fiber, 1 proein) yogurt & salad (200 cals, 5 fiber, 20 protein) Totals: 2228 calories, 17 fiber, 88 protein I soooo missed my normal food. I enjoyed the fun food at first. I ate lots of real pizza, frenchfries, cake, chips and junk. I dont understand people needing "help" getting back on track, Im like desperate to eat my home made ham n cheese wrap or my taco salad or or or anything that didnt come from a restaurant :P See ya tomorow with real yummy eats hehehe HUGS PK

yeah.... welcome back.  Did you have fun... what fun things did you do.. I believe you on the eating.  I dont like eating out anymore.. just dont see why. I cant get enough in to bother with the cost of it or the food is just totally wrong. I know you have you plan and you follow it well.. It will be stress reducing to get back to that I am sure.  The big question is did the scale like what you ate.  I guess we shall soon see... Be well and recooperate from your vacation.. i always need a vacation after my vacation..lol See ya tomorrow Carla
