Best thing to do it to go to fitday or sparkpeople start keeping track of your intake. find out what is working and not working for you. Once you do that you can make the adjustments you need to be successful. Join our fleet and sail with us. We are a great support group and have so much to offer in our weight loss journey. Dont give up hope... make the commitment to go back to basics and find that healthier you.

I'm 3 years out, and my weight has been all over the place. I rigidly complied with eating recommendations for 1 1/2 years, got too thin with medical consequences resulting and needed to gain weight. Went crazy and crept into my pre-op eating habits. My BMI is now 30.
I would like to try the 5 day diet as as way to start strong. I'd greatly appreciate if anyone could share where I could find both the diet and the recipes.
I think it would be so helpful to be accountable to others. Make me think twice before eating something, get healthy eating ideas from other's logs, and learn more about good choices.
OK. I'm going to do this! One step at a time.

I can't say anyone sabotoged me but myself. I suggested to my DH to stop and get an icecream cone at a nearby place that makes their own icecream......................
I could of had a SF icecream, or a small cone but no.....I chose a large pistachio icecream cone. IT WAS DELICIOUS! My DH husband kept asking if I was going to finish the whole thing......and I did. I waited all afternoon for a reaction to eating that rich icecream and guess what? I did not get one. I really deserved to dump, big time and I didn't. I wish I had......
