Accountability... what did you eat Tuesday
Hey all.. so day two of the 5 dpt.. I swear I am not the slightest bit hungry and I feel good.. I think I would like to continue to eat this way forever... I dont even think about food.. how strange is that..
So here was my day.. running late so I know you all want to post so here it is

Hi Carla, I see you are enjoying the 5 day I like it as well. Plus I don't have to keep finding things to eat. That's a real challenge when you don't get hungry but its strange I was getting carb cravings the last week. Sandwich then pasta and pizza...it was all in moderation but I don't want it in my diet.

Same here. I found myself thinking about when was the next time I could eat.. i just wanted to eat all the time.. now I forgot about the morning shake until 930 than the next shake at 3 by than I usually have eaten four time.. wild isnt it..
good day of protein .. nice numbers all around..
On to day three. would rather just keep doing what I am doing.. dont even want food.

Actually thats the reason I don't have carbs my first meal. I do the drink and honestly I could be happy with just that and a piece of fish for dinner. Thats what I like and I think I do much better that way. If I have to add more protein then I can do another 1/2 drink. Maybe we should do this every 6-8 weeks.Though it won't help loose weight but most surely keeps you on track. Dana and I finished the last 5 day first week of March and it took me all that time to just start thinking about carbs. You did a good job with your intake today and you skipped your "ice cream"!! :)
Now you know why I am satisfied with my protein drinks and not lots of foods sometimes.

Hard to eat today, my dad is in the hospital and I'm alittle tense. Probably why eating is not my best thing to do right now. Please keep him in your prayers. I know God interveined and prevented a serious problem. I just pray that nothing else is wrong and he can be discharged soon.

OOh, that is too bad about the achiev. I use the champion whey stack chocolate more than the achiev. I just use that in my fitday. usually drink one a day though, but today 2 because I was on the road alot.

Carla I like the 5 day pouch test myself.....good day overall, I did "cheat" last night, not on purpose I made chicken salad for today and not thinking tasted it to see if I had it right, then added seasoning and tasted it again. I need to share the recipe with yall later today, it's from a friend on the Texas board, very tasty.
Boy I learned one big thing the last 2 days, bean soup kills my tummy, I looked 3 months preggo last night, had to pull out the MOM; so when I do it again, no bean soup for me; I'll stick to broth and shakes.
