After the wild day I had on Monday..Today was back on track. I got up in the morning on Tuesday and saw a whole extra pound...Figuring it was all the salt in the popcorn, that stuff is off the menu for a few (I still really REALLY want popcorn).
I did much better on Tuesday. Hoping that carries over for the rest of the week:
Breakfast: Malto meal, protein powder, soy milk and coffee
Snack: 1 oz cheese stick, 1 small orange
Lunch: lettuce and tomatoe with 4 oz of moist cooked shrimp and 2T of Kraft Free Zesty Italian
Snack: 1 pack of Beef Jerky (1.8 oz), 4 oz Dannon Yogurt
Snack: SoBe Protein Bar, 3 pc SF Candy (still snacking!)
Dinner: 6 oz pork chop (yum!) 1/3 cup mashed potatoes, 1/3 cup frozen cooked peas (yum)
Dessert: 1/2 cup Dreyers NSA Coffee Ice Cream. Tasted alittle metalic...hmm. Not sure I like it
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1901
Fat; 65
Carbs: 180
Protein: 165
Now I'm happy with those totals. Protein is really good, carbs is alittle high but fat is good and calories might be a bit high but I think after the weekend I had, it's acceptable.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Day 2 of the %dpt for me too. I had two achieve one drinks, 4 cups of veggie broth, two sugar free choc. pudding cups mixed with 1 scoop protein (36 grms protein 3 carbs), and about 125 ounces of decaf green tea w/ splenda. I got a B-12 shot yesterday which made me kinda nauseous, so I ate a part-skim mozz. cheese stick to try to get the nausea to subside (no such luck).
Also ran/walked a 5k.
Down 5.1 lbs in the first 2 days.

Whew! Great day yesterday, especially for exercise! I went to a thrift store and found a lot of workout tapes for a dollar each, one was Cher, and so yesterday I put it in and tried it! It was pretty easy to do for the most part. Will I look like Cher when Im done, ya think?
After all,we ARE the same age! LOL
Then I went out and mowed the whole yard with a push mower!! WHEW! What a workout that was!
Anyway,,enough rambling,,heres the scoop!
Calories 1186
Fat 55
Carbs 86

And lots of water!! It was really hot out there!!
Still workin it!!

"For I know the plans I have for you ," declares the Lord. Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11

Mowing with a push mower is hard work. I am sure you got a great workout. Even though I am not especially hungry--I am awfully grumpy these first few days w/o solid food. I am working from home as to not snap at my coworkers. Also, i seem to need to pee about every 45 seconds, so better to be at home.
I am starting to feel that tightness is my stomach/pouch like I haven't felt in a very long time. What a great feeling!
Keep up the good work everybosy. it is no fun to get back on track (the process), but the results so far sure are worth it.
