Here's what I have eaten today, Wed 4/23 (couldn't find the subject for Wed) peanut butter and sugar-free jelly sandwich on whole grain bread orange weigh****chers frozen meal - turkey breast carrots broiled chicken thigh/leg green beans noodles Calories: 1010 Fat: 36 Carbs: 115 Protein: 62
