hump day? Anyway, I did kung fu for at least 1.25 hours and ate pretty good.Haven't eaten a sandwich in forever, took me almost two meals to fini**** but I did. Still can't figure out why I'm not losing, But sometimes when I am home from work, I do sit still for a while? Oh well! Carla glad you signed a new deal! woo-hoo, kaching, kaching... I'm starting to realize obsessie thoughts of food begins in my mind not my stomach. I jounal and do good all day, then about 11:00 PM episodes of night-eating starts, always carbs. I do not journal this however that is my goal. So my actual calorie count is higher, sad to say, I've got head hunger issues I'm working hard on. Reporting to you all is helping a lot. Breakfast: Protein powder shake soymilk Total: Cal. 207 Pro. 29 Snack: Fresh green veggies Light Salad dressing (Fage Yogurt) for dip Total: cal. 60 Pro. 4 Lunch: Same as Breakfast Cal: 207 Pro: 29 Snack: Yogurt (fruit) Total: Cal: 45 Pro: 4 Dinner: Salad (meat & veggies) LIte Salad Dressing Beef Veggie Soup (homemade) Total: 285  Pro: 11 Snack: Salad Cal: 140 Pro: 4 Vitamins: YES! Daily Total: Cal: 944   Pro: 81 Liquids: 80 ozs Exercise: 60 minutes at the gym, Body Pump class using weights I've got to get my night-eating habit undercontrol or I'll keep gaining. I'm up about 8 lbs from my lowest.

Your cals are pretty low so you may just need somthing at that time.. you might look at having a protein shake.  that will help get your protein up as well... Night time is always the hardest.. make sure you have good snacks so you dont run to the carbs. Day three and looking good Carla

I started out with liquids after  I had my wisdom tooth pulled but I couldn't chew so I sucked on chocolate all night and not sure if that caused me to get sick or if it was two days in a row with the lidocaine injections to numb my mouth...all I remember is awaking at 2AM with severe shakes and pain in every muscle and bone but not vomiting so I don't know if I dumped since I never dumped before. Hmm of course I threw the packages out of chocolate so I don't know what the sugar  grams were but I wouldn't have ventured there if it was too high per serving but hell I don't think I stopped at one serving and bag only had about 4 thank goodness...but I was sooo sick!! Did not add it since I threw it out this morning but I am sure I can add another 3-400 calories. I was crazy to do both surgeries in two days but last day for ins for this yr was yesterday...I wanted to wait to do it back to back so May 13 I get 3 crowns done and May 1 started my new yr..... BTW, I loved the Vanilla sick with my Unjury...great tasting and I'm hard to please.

it was probably a bit of both.  If it was sugar free it can really mess up your tummy.  I expected a low day with the surgery and all.  just rest and get to feeling better... I know you are probably not feeling so great even today. Carla

Unfortunately it was not sugar free...my darling husband is so good...he dug out that bags I put inm trash and it was 400 in calories and 54 in sugar, carbs 96 which we all know breaks down into sugar...no wonder I was sick!!!! Never ever again I thought it was a stroke again or heart attack,...I had so much pain in my body and the shakes like I never had in my life and freezing...it was only about 76 here last night so we know it was not cold...So know I know dumping! Only good thing I did find out is I am not allergic to chocolate what so ever! LOL  I am on water, had one drink today and am trying chinese bean curd tonight , will get back to eating probably tomorrow.

Busy day today, but didn't do too bad except for the chocolate. No I did not dump from it. I can have a dumping episode though if I take in over a certain amount of simple carbs.
