Accountability.. what did you eat Wednesday
I started out with liquids after I had my wisdom tooth pulled but I couldn't chew so I sucked on chocolate all night and not sure if that caused me to get sick or if it was two days in a row with the lidocaine injections to numb my mouth...all I remember is awaking at 2AM with severe shakes and pain in every muscle and bone but not vomiting so I don't know if I dumped since I never dumped before. Hmm of course I threw the packages out of chocolate so I don't know what the sugar grams were but I wouldn't have ventured there if it was too high per serving but hell I don't think I stopped at one serving and bag only had about 4 thank goodness...but I was sooo sick!! Did not add it since I threw it out this morning but I am sure I can add another 3-400 calories. I was crazy to do both surgeries in two days but last day for ins for this yr was yesterday...I wanted to wait to do it back to back so May 13 I get 3 crowns done and May 1 started my new yr..... BTW, I loved the Vanilla sick with my Unjury...great tasting and I'm hard to please.

Unfortunately it was not sugar free...my darling husband is so good...he dug out that bags I put inm trash and it was 400 in calories and 54 in sugar, carbs 96 which we all know breaks down into sugar...no wonder I was sick!!!! Never ever again I thought it was a stroke again or heart attack,...I had so much pain in my body and the shakes like I never had in my life and freezing...it was only about 76 here last night so we know it was not cold...So know I know dumping! Only good thing I did find out is I am not allergic to chocolate what so ever! LOL I am on water, had one drink today and am trying chinese bean curd tonight , will get back to eating probably tomorrow.
