Late night Snack Patrol for Friday

Ok all.. back away from the fridge... dont do it.. you can make it.. plan your weekend out and make good choices and stop the munchie monster from getting to you.. ready all.. lets sound off as to how we are doing...  I am to busy to snack although I love to snack when I work on my pc.. This is something I am learning not to do.. but its tough. Carla

I did good all week but tonight all I wanted to finish off my day was so black licorice....18 bits are 140 cals and not sugar free, it's okay and not bad since I have been good all week and it does soothe my stomach. Seems when I eat a carb for dinner, I eat a snack...hence pizza then candy. Back to fish tomorrow!

I was doing that when I was eating that breakfast cereal.  How weird it is that carbs can do that to you.  since I stopped that my eating has been under better control I think thats where the munchie monster hides... Kick that carb out. Carla

I didn't fare so well last night.  My best friend and her husband just bought a house and had a little celebration party.  I had really good intentions.  My hubby and I ate dinner before going so that I would have eaten and not be starving around all the nick nacks and finger foods they were serving.  I did good until about 8:30 or 9:00 then I started grazing because it was there and everyone else was.  Just mindless snacking.  I did catch myself and quit.  But, I have done well all week long so I am not going to beat myself up.  I am just going to dust off and do better today.   Melissa

ut oh.. well get it undercontrol.. we are allow one night occassionally.. its those prolonged night after nights that become the problem. Be well Carla

Carla,  This is a great post idea to help keep the Grads losing weight.   Night eating is NOT the thing to do IF you want to keep losing weight. My Nutritionist mentioned that my Night Eating should have stopped my weight loss. I'm still losing, even with night eating, so I'm scheduled for more testing.  Not great, but I'm pretty calm because I know that I'm following-up with the Doc and will get some news soon.   Ro
