..my next challenge...
g'morning FRIENDS!
here is my next challenge...........i am off work today AND tomorrow! i seem to be able to keep on track when im at work..i am a Veterinary Technician and on my feet and on the go all day at work, so its easy to drink drink drink and stay on track there. when i am at home......that's a different story.
i have all the supplies i need ..my shakes, my waters, all my proteins...but it just doesnt work as well at home..lol
i have already taken a morning walk, after my coffee..i am working on my first 20oz water, but if i was at work, i wouldve had it gone by now and working on my next.........what gives??!
still no cravings...just a different routine.
will keep you updated as i go ..i think i'll go shopping! LOL


Keep busy;...That's what I have to do..I'm a house cleaner so when the kitchen cupboards start calling me I teardown the beds and start doing laundry, scrubbing toilets, bathtubs..cleaning kitty litter boxes..I'm thinking about hitting the garden in the evenings to do some rennovation...
Keep moving. Carbs can't call a moving target. LOL
