Give yourself some time. Start taking your measurements, as you noticed your clothes are looser. I know during the last year I would not always loose weight every week, and then all of a sudden I would drop several pounds and that is a pattern some people develop. Progress can be measured by inches lost, not just by the scale. The 5dpt is great for getting back on track(although I have not done it myself) but the weightloss from those 5 days can be short lived when you go back to eating regularly. IMHO following the rules we were taught and used as a new post op will still work for us now. Protien first, no drinking with meals, exercise ect......
You are doing great, keep up the good work.

we'll celebrate that. And go ahead and try the Pouch test. It well give you something to focus on. You seem to enjoy a challenge from what I've read so think of something extra special for yourself. Spa treatment, facial, or clothes ( always my favorite) And make that your reward for completing the challenge. and if your learn to read your body again and gain the control you want then hey there's your bonus. Can you tell I like the whole reward thing
Just don't be hard on yourself and go for it. And if you don't want to do it in public then try on your own quitely. We'll all support you either way. And well celebrate when your done. Before/Lowest/Current/Goal I have come too far to take orders from a cookie!
