My calorie intake since Sunday--yay me!

Let me tell you WHY t his is so amazing! Because for 6 days straight I have kept my calories within a normal weightloss inducing limit! With all the drinking and snacking I was doing during my weight gain phase I was eating well over 3,000 I'm sure. And check these totals out! BEAUTIFUL..just normal healthy lower carb, good carb, high protein eating! No special diets, no packaged food, no Hollywood Miracle diet, No Atkins diet...JUST "the rules". You'll notice some of the days the net calories are in the negative, those are the days I  the calories burned from all my working out exceeds the calories I took in. AMAZING! Maybe this isn't a big deal for some of yo u.. but for me to eat SO good, and exercise SO good and be CONSISTENT for SIX days is HUGE for me. So I had to share!  Thanks for lookin! WAY TO GO!!! I can't thank you enough for telling me about The Daily Plate! I had no clue how much I was eating. I eat very healthy meals but the snacking was killing me. Good work!!

I know!! Isn't amazing how much we, with mini stomachs, can still eat?!! Imagine how much we were eating BEFORE surgery! Yeah.. the snacking is a KILLER! Glad you like it! leslee

Good for you girl !!!   I'll " toot" the horn loud and clear for ya.  I'm glad that you got a handle on something that works well for you.  Let us know if any weight loss  has happened.  I can't imagine it didn't with eating so well and working out like you have this week. Congrats!! Dancin'D

Hi Leslee, Got back from vacation last night and am so glad your doing so good. Now you will be an inspiration for me to get back on track. I am not going to weigh myself until monday morning, then I will have my plan all put together and get some healthy food in the house. We had a great vacation and didnt really eat to bad. I would have a light protein breakfast go out fishing, then come in about 1:00 have a salad with protein, then a supper of meat and veggies. But of course had a few drinks before supper each night, but hey I was on vacation!!! Now have to get it together. I will also check out that website although I have one through my surgeons office that I log onto when Im keeping track so I will compare. Shoot me an email, Deb

You are doing FANTASTIC Leslee!!!!!! I'm telling ya, that's what I love about thedailyplate~it writes it all out for you in black & white so you can't lie to yourself or make excuses!
