3 day liquid protein diet link
Hey Teach!!
Im on days 3 & 4 from the extended version of my 5dpt.
Im totally full & dont feel like im on a "diet".
That said, by the end of the 1st week (days 1 & 2), i found that i could totally do this & ended up really liking the liquid thing too.
I was thinking just last night, that i could do a morning & afternoon shake & a food dinner & it would be OK.
thats so funny - thats the original weigh****chers diet (2 shakes & a sensible meal for dinner).
I had tuna & eggs last night for dinner - eggs & a a few sausage pieces for breakfast (lunch actually) this morning & i dont know that im really appreciating the feeling of real food being in my belly....
im sooooo full!! but its so damn hard to pay attention to what my pouch is telling me & STOP EATING when i first feel the sensation of being full.
with that complicaiton - i feel like im doomed to re-gain the weight i lost this past week if i continue w/ days 3-5 of the 5dpt.
