What a long day... We didn't do that much other than shopping this morning. The rest of the day was lazy...
6:30 am Breakfast: 1/3 cup oatmeal, 1/4 cup TVP, 1 cup soy milk and 2 cups coffee
8:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix water
9:00 am 3 scrambled eggs, 1/2 oz cheddar cheese, 2/3 cup hashed browns
10:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix water
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix water
1:00 pm Subway, Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki Salad with double meat
2:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix water
2:30 pm 2 SF Chocolate Cookies
3:30 pm 20 oz SF Koolade (made koolaide with splenda)
4:30 pm 1/4 cup roasted green peas
5:30 pm small cup of coffee
7:30 pm 1 cup Chili Con Carne w/beans, 1/3 oz of cheddar cheese and 7 pc whole wheat crackers

I fought the carb demon and won yesterday. The scale has moved down a lb. I'm going in the right direction again.
Here's what I ate yesterday...
Breakfast: Tilipa/Natural Applesauce (my favorite meal)

Lunch: Steamed Shrimp, Romaine Lettuce, SF Dressing

Oh my! it isn't so much the carbs are high but MAN those protein numbers are low.
Now exercise, any kind at all is fair game. Even if it's not intended for exercise. I clean the house because I'm a clean freak but it's still burning calories. I think about it this way. A trip in the car still burns gasoline, whether it's a pleasure trip or for work..It causes the same effect.

965 cals 19.34g fat 87.12g carbs 118.56g protein 20.18g fiber
Went for a jog/walk around the neighborhood with one of the dogs.. was about 20 min and finally had to just walk because he was so exhausted.
