What a long day... We didn't do that much other than shopping this morning. The rest of the day was lazy... 6:30 am Breakfast: 1/3 cup oatmeal, 1/4 cup TVP, 1 cup soy milk and 2 cups coffee  8:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix water 9:00 am 3 scrambled eggs, 1/2 oz cheddar cheese, 2/3 cup hashed browns 10:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix water 11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix water 1:00 pm Subway, Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki Salad with double meat 2:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix water 2:30 pm 2 SF Chocolate Cookies 3:30 pm 20 oz SF Koolade (made koolaide with splenda) 4:30 pm 1/4 cup roasted green peas 5:30 pm small cup of coffee 7:30 pm 1 cup Chili Con Carne w/beans, 1/3 oz of cheddar cheese and 7 pc whole wheat crackers My totals for the day: Calories: 1944 Fat: 80 Carbs: 177 Protein: 130 So how did you do today?

I fought the carb demon and won yesterday.  The scale has moved down a lb. I'm going in the right direction again.  Here's what I ate yesterday... Breakfast: Tilipa/Natural Applesauce (my favorite meal) Snack: AchievOne Lunch: Steamed Shrimp, Romaine Lettuce, SF Dressing Snack: AchievOne Dinner: Deli Meat, Romain Lettuce, SF Dressing Snack: AchievOne Crsytal lite all day along Protein 128 Carbs 31 Fat 38 Calories 1063 Exercise: 90 minutes of intense water aerobics Now for round 2... Defeating the carb demon on Sunday.  I'm headed to the pool for exercise right now.  Have a great day!!! Denise

Carb demon beat me a little  here's my totals  cal 1155  pro 57.5  carbs  115 Let's see I got all the water down.  walked but not really for exercise.  So today is sunday and I'll most likely try and get something in.  Just to make up for things Have a great day

Oh my! it isn't so much the carbs are high but MAN those protein numbers are low.  Now exercise, any kind at all is fair game. Even if it's not intended for exercise. I clean the house because I'm a clean freak but it's still burning calories. I think about it this way. A trip in the car still burns gasoline, whether it's a pleasure trip or for work..It causes the same effect.  You have a great day too. Eat some meat or something, Girl! LOL

Morning all.  Hope all are having a great weekend so far.

1c oikos w/ fibersure
protein bar (a big un, too.. 30g protein, but 380 cals)
chicken and cheddar flatbread
1c oikos w/ 1/2c fresh raspberries

965 cals  19.34g fat  87.12g carbs  118.56g protein  20.18g fiber

Went for a jog/walk around the neighborhood with one of the dogs.. was about 20 min and finally had to just walk because he was so exhausted.

OMG...You wore out the DOG?! That's hillarious  Your protein number compared to your calorie number absolutely ROCKS..Low low cals. That's wonderful.
