Accountability - Friday the Fourth of July
Well, I had a good day. Up until I decided to push my lunch. That damn Ice cream...sigh.
Snack (yes, first thing, no breakfast, SNACK) Pure Protein Bar, coffee (probably two cups)
Breakfast: 3 egg omelet with green chilis and swiss cheese, I think I had home fried potatoes but not more than a bite
Snack1 pc ham lunch meat around a piece of cheddar cheese (about 1.5 oz) Lunch: 1 beef taco made from 2 oz chuck steak, 1/8 cup canned corn, 1 oz cheddar cheese and 1 7" corn tortilla Snack: 1 hard boiled egg, 1 serving microwave kettle corn, single serving Dinner: 1 hambuger on a small roll with mayo, mustard, grilled onions (fried in margarine) Snack: 1 and a half servings of NSA ice cream. One serving would have been just fine but I wanted more. And I put some NSA Yogurt covered raisins on there Not nearly a whole serving but just a few (counted as half a serving) Totals for the day: Calories: 2100 Fat: 118 Carbs: 150 PRotein: 115 AND the ice cream got me. I was nauseous, but I didn't get sick. Then I had to sit on the toilet till 11 pm.. The dogs could hear fireworks all the way from town and so everyone was barking late into the night but sheesh. I should learn. I bet it was the burger that got me wanting the ice cream. That damn bun...I know better but I don't listen. And so the newspaper to the nose. How did you all do yesterday?

EM - EAS Chocolate Protein Shake
1/2 cup of Decaf Coffee
B - 2oz. of Corned Beef Hash
1 Scrambled w/ 2oz of Home Fried Potatoes
1 Biscuit w/ Grape jelly
L - None
D - Grilled Chicken Salad from McDonald's (scraped off the bacon)
S - Ate junk the rest of the day from the vending machine
Oreo cookies - Twizzlers & Chips
Protein, Carbs & Calories...I don't have a clue

i hate holidays....
ok well no, thats wrong - i actually love holidays - especially 3-day holidays!!
HOWEVER, with that holiday came the mixed drinkS (note, thats plural lol), 1/2 a cig (glad i didnt smoke the rest of it actually), chips, chips & more chips, +3lbspreviously lost (that i managed to find again).
But - im not gonna let that minor set back in numbers derail my efforts.
I no im holding water weight & thats really NBD.
Im going to give myself the rest of the weekend to "enjoy my window" & on monday pick up the 5pdt again & we'll be back on track.
