How do you feel about fruit?

I enjoy fruit on a daily basis and have not seen any harm from eating it in moderation throughout the week. Fruit falls into the "good carb" category for me and I would much rather enjoy a piece of fruit than have a snickers to satify that sweetness that my body craves!!!!!!

I don't think you will find one person who got Morbidly Obese eating fruits like, say, Stawberries.

Then again, cutting them up, adding sugar, pouring over shortcake and adding whipped cream IS NOT EATING FRUIT.

We have several kinds of fruit around the house (currently Strawberries, Grapes, and Cherries) and I tend to graze on them during the day, especially weekends.

haha...that is so true! That is how I would eat my fruit in the "old" days, but I much prefer fresh fruit now, and eat lots of it. I met with my nutritionist today, and she basically said...no worries! :)
