Good morning all. Hope everyone had a great weekend.
It was pretty quiet over the weekend for us. I had a horrible migraine yesterday, so quiet was a key word for me until the meds finally kicked in. Other than that, we've been just hanging out.

Hi, guys,
Amazing how my pouch has reactivated after just over a week of really good eating. I ate a bunch of yucky food on Saturday and paid for it. Yesterday was better, but I was fighting the carb-demons all day and didn't make great choices in the evening--felt sick--so that's good. I feel like Pavlov's dog, but I haven't learned my lesson yet!

Do you think that pizza was really all those calories? Thin crust? Its not bad to have a thin crust of pizza you know. increase y our protein...it will help with the hunger, and you could t ry soy crisps, its protein with a salty crunch. comes in ranch and other flavors....
B: split a protein bar with Joe while we decided what to do for the day.
L: 3/4 cup delicious bbq pulled pork and 1/2 cup baked beans from a little trailer by the beach that smelled really good.
S: 2 graham crackers. I didn't plan well and this was the only thing I had in the car. We ran out of protein bars...waaahhh
D: 4 steamed shrimp, 8 florets broccoli and a veggie egg roll.
We grazed on some crackers in the evening, but luckily it was only 1/2 serving of goldfish. At any rate, I'm back home to better snacks and a fridge full of healthy food. Today is already better.
