Good morning all.  Hope everyone had a great weekend.

It was pretty quiet over the weekend for us.  I had a horrible migraine yesterday, so quiet was a key word for me until the meds finally kicked in.  Other than that, we've been just hanging out.

1c oikos w/ fibersure and vive
salmon fillet
raspberry protein ice cream
clif builder bar

1033 cals  27.06g fat  86.56g carbs  119.74g protein  18.68g fiber

Mowed the yard (hey, SparkPeople gave me 432 cals for it!)

Hi, guys,

Amazing how my pouch has reactivated after just over a week of really good eating. I ate a bunch of yucky food on Saturday and paid for it. Yesterday was better, but I was fighting the carb-demons all day and didn't make great choices in the evening--felt sick--so that's good. I feel like Pavlov's dog, but I haven't learned my lesson yet!

 Do you think that pizza was really all those calories?  Thin crust?  Its not bad to have a thin crust of pizza you know.  increase y our protein...it will help with the hunger, and you could t ry soy crisps, its protein with a salty crunch. comes in ranch and other flavors....

I think you are right about the calories. That entry was one a copied from a large meat-lovers pizza--I didn't think about that when I entered it in... and what I had yesterday was just cheesy.

I'll check out the soy crisps--thanks! :-)

Alas, yesterday was the last day of our little vacation for my b-day. We did have a wonderful weekend, but I was certainly sad to leave such a beautiful place.

B: split a protein bar with Joe while we decided what to do for the day.

L: 3/4 cup delicious bbq pulled pork and 1/2 cup baked beans from a little trailer by the beach that smelled really good.

S: 2 graham crackers. I didn't plan well and this was the only thing I had in the car. We ran out of protein bars...waaahhh

D: 4 steamed shrimp, 8 florets broccoli and a veggie egg roll.

We grazed on some crackers in the evening, but luckily it was only 1/2 serving of goldfish. At any rate, I'm back home to better snacks and a fridge full of healthy food. Today is already better.

It was wonderful! The pictures are up on my blog for all to see. I actually wore a two piece bathing suit without feeling completely ridiculous about it.
