Hi all, you are such an inspiration. I am 2 years and 7 months post-op. I have been very successful. I went from 308 to 130, got pregnant 10 months out and now I am about 150. I really want to get back down to 130 and I have no questions on how to do it because I know the answer. I do not excersise (except for playing with my kids and normal stuff, no routine). I have some sugar now and then, lets face it probably every day and I don't get enough liquids. I need to start having my protein shakes again. One thing I am doing right is coming back to this website. This place saved my life once and I know that it can do it again. You've done well managing your weight after having a baby. I got a new grandbaby 5 weeks ago. I wish they'd always be that innocent. I think you're referring to the 5-day pouch test.
