I am ok, busy, but ok. Not hungry. At least not able to eat much for some reason. But fruit, I like that.
Had to take the dogs to the vet and get rabies and heart worm! Fun wow!!

Yesterday wasn't a bad day. Making all these protein bars has been a big help.B: Apple butter protein bar (176 cal, 10g protein
L: Power Bar Triple Threat in Peanut butter Choc. Crisp (220 cal, 11g protein)
S: Apple cinnamon protein cookie (97 cal, 7 g protein)
D: 1.5 slices Vocelli thin crust cheese pizza (315 cal, 18g. protein)
S: Half slice of the same pizza (105 cal, 6g protein)
Total: 913 cals, 52g protein
Low on the protein front. (My surgeon likes 50-70). In retrospect, I should have had 2 protein cookies (194 cal, 14g protein) instead of the pizza for my evening snack. I hadn't had pizza in months and I was having one of those crazy cravings for it. Ah well, at least I got all my water in, made 3 more batches of protein bars and have better plans in store for today. (including mini veggie quiche and blueberry-strawberry protein cookies)
