Thanks for your quick response!  And I'm so glad I've got the right kind of UpCal D.  I need to order packets of it so I don't have an excuse when I'm out & about.  I need to get some extra magnesium to make up for it not being in the UpCal.

I too like the BariatricAdvantage round lozenges--so far I have only tried the cherry flavored.  In fact, I have some right now, and like you, I kinda like changing my routine up a bit!  The directions on the jar say to let them dissolve in your mouth--which I don't mind--but the slight grittiness kinda makes my tongue sore!  I'm assuming it doesn't matter if I chew them up, so I usually suck on them for a short time & then just crunch away!

Yep, Vitalady is super--so easy to order from--so informative!  I live in a relatively rural area and don't have simple access to some of the big vitamin stores/pharmacies that have all the best vitamins for us wls people.

Thanks again!

Always,
Jo

Vitalady's catalog lists Tropical Oasis liquid calcium & magnesium.  Most calcium supplements have little D with them, so I'd suggest a D supplement too. Vitalady carries the 5000 IU D that I take with my calcium 4 times daily. DAVE

I buy calcium from             www.bbvitamins.com    it comes in flavors and is chewable.  it ships fast, contains magnesium that is necessary for strong bones and teeth, and health.
