Does this sound okay? thanks...
I dont GET physically hungry cause I probably never really let myself feel it for MANY years
maybe even never.....
I drink ALOT of water over 150 ounces most days
My body would still want more IF I stated drinking MORE - as it is my body misses the water
whle I sleep and I wake up ummm dry and it takes like more than a quart to get me "undry"
I drank a quart of water - still dry today and I ate an atkins morning bar even though I am NOT hungry - it is like 7 am here.
I am not going to drink for at least an hour or 90 minutes after that and then start drinking water again...
at like 10 am or so I am going to eat something again small like a power crunch bar or something like that... or another atkins morning bar and maybe a piece of string cheese w/ it
then wait another 60 or 90 min and start drinking again
and then at 1 pm or so eat something again like a power crunch bar or a couple of pieces of string cheese or an atkins morning bar chocolate pb granola is what like
again wait 60-90 min and start drinking again
then about 4 pm have an atkins bar or power crunch bar
This is were I start to have issues... in the morning I could CARE less about food and WHAT I eat
OR IF I eat - I dont want food head huger doesnt exist - but in the afternoon that iS NOT the case.
Night time is my head hunger/rebellion eating time - notice I didnt say when I am hungry cause I dont feel hungry unless I get a headache that is the only hunger cue that I KNOW that I experience, but maybe I am just out of touch w/my body for way too long.......
Then wait again 60-90 min and then start drinking water again
about 7 pm I would want to have some real food for dinner and have maybe tortellini w/fresh shredded parmesean cheese or something yummy like that
See I dont miss food in the morning and sometimes during the day, but at night UMMMM I sure do!
I want it !
wait another 60-90 min after I eat and then start w/ the water drinking again.......
I even read something that says keep drinking lots of water even up till you go to bed and even if that means that you wake up to pee YOU will sleep bettter cause you are hydrated....mmmmmmmm KKKKKKKK......NOT sure I am okay w/ that waking up part.....
and then continue drinking when you wake up to pee so you remain hydrated and sleep better...
See I dont know IF I will be able to NOT/stop eating after that 7 pm meal - I dont know IF my head hunger will kick in and start demanding FOOD real food C?
Otherwise does this sound okay?
maybe even never.....

So if I'm reading this right you're looking at eating 4 bars (maybe a cheese stick) throughout the day and then eating real food for dinner. I would rather see you use the bars a little less and get some good protein in you during the day. This might actually help you to get thru the evenings a bit easier too. You should probably sit down with a nutritionist that can set you up with a complete meal plan and times that you should be eating it b/c it sounds like your body needs to be put on a schedule. I do still follow the rule of no drinking before/after/with meals~I tend to do 30min before and 45-60min after. And, no matter what I always have to wake up to pee at least once during the night

I also would be concerned about the number of bars you eat in a day. 2 Atkins Bars + 2 PowerCrunch Bars = 32 g of fat, 48 carbs and 52 g of protein, that's a ratio of 42% fat, 30% protein and 28% carbs. You need to eat less fat and more carbs. While the bars are convenient, I don't think they are the best choice for nutrition.
I used to be really addicted to PowerCrunch bars. I would have 1-2 a day. My weight loss really slowed down. I cut it back to about 3 per week and am trying to get some better foods with more nutrients in.
For breakfast I have been eating Fage yogurt with granola. For lunch, more salad with lean protein. I use the bars only for post running recovery, because I am always very hungry after running.

Your system has to be nutritionally bankrupt. You need to be eating the minimum of three meals a day (preferably more small meals) and lay off the bars (Atkins, power). Your system needs a balance of protein, carbs & fat. Even if you don't feel hungry you still need to fuel your body with something other than meal replacement bars. This very well could be contributing to your insatiable thirst. Go get a blood work up and see a nutritionist.
