Now, I am waiting to see when the scale will show the 4 1/2 lbs of tissue removed during my surgery.

I've been a little off lately. I can't put my finger on it, Just a strange sadness that I can't put my finger on. I sure hope the sun shines on the heart mind and soul. Just keep me in your prays.

I can't remember week to week but this morning I was 119.6...the best I've been all week!!! smileys

as of wednesday, i decided to get back to basics. i was 216 when i got on the scale wednesday morning and as of this morning i was 214. 2 lbs lost in two days! what an incentive!
