I had my RNY Sept 1993- I was 300 pounds- God graciously removed many pounds. I am a size 6-off the rack without trying on (MIRACLE!) I have worn this size for years. Clothes wear out and get replaced- I have one size in my closet.

Back in the day it was size 24-size 10- was up and dwon constantly

When I am "on track" I get down to what I call my fighting weight 150. My hubby thinks I look sickly when I get down to 140's. When I just don't pay attention I hover at 160ish. I am in the 160's now and want to tighten it up and clean up my act.

Glad to reconnect with this site- It has always been a great resource to me. Its been a while and WOW so much stuff on here

So Hola OH family-

Hello and welcome!  You look great!  WOW you are doing well so far out! I was 315+ lbs...lost to 158 (for a day) then settled in at 165 lbs...I like it here...wouldn't mind getting back down to 158...but I do stay within my 160's...I've been as low as 162 and as high as 167 in the last 6 months!  Making myself crazy trying to balance this derned weight!  LOL  I also suffered vitamin deficiencies these last 6 months including anemia which I climbed out of.   I have been a size 8 and am finding  size 10 more comfortable these days at the same weight! :::Shrugs::::I don't care so much about the size...but I am starting to wonder what's going on.  I feel more firm and more toned and my clothes that are size 8 from last year fit the same...this year I need a 10 in new clothes ...Did I stretch out my 8's or are they making clothes smaller?  LOL

Who knows?  Anyway...welcome and good luck on getting back on track (which your not that far off at all!  You can do it!)

Hi friends,

It has been a really long time since I have been on OH. I am looking for the wagon I fell off of. The one where I didn't drink any wine mid-week (empty calories), exercised at the YMCA every day, ate smaller portions and stayed away from carbs and drank plenty of water. I am two and a half years post lap-band. I reached my goal weight of 135 at about 18 months but can't seem to stay there. I had an unfill in April, which did allow me to eat bigger portions, so that wasn't good. I had a fill today. I am mildly depressed, which I know would go away if I would exercise.

I am hoping my fill today will be like hitting the re-set button. My biggest goal right now is to exercise, even if it is just elliptical for a half hour a day.

Thanks for listening.
