This week: 154.8
Height: 5'10"

Hmm... I wasn't trying to lose. In fact, I had added calories back to my diet... I've been upping my miles since the RockNRoll Half is at the end of this month--that must be it. I'll take it--just don't want to get too skinny--DH will kill me! :-)

How did you do this week?

 upped my calories the other day, with the wagon plan. todays weight 132, last week 132.4

James said to expect a weight gain at first, and I am holding lots of water right now.  Ok, well I'm giving this increased calories thing a try.....

Good job for you Amy!  You are doing very well with your exercise.  I really worked out hard t his week,about 8 hours.

My weight today is 128.2.  I am trying to get back down to 120 or 121. I cut my calories these past few days even more, have been working on cutting back for about a week now...  its a gradual process as I rework my eating plan.  

What was working isn't working anymore because I relied on protein shakes a lot.  Now I am able to get more protein from food and I actually eat more now (yay me) and so I have had to revamp my eating plan, esp. my calories from protein shakes.  I anticipate being on the downside of the scale in the next few weeks.  I feel best at 120.

It's a constantly changing process, isn't it? I've had to adjust and readjust... I've actually just added protein drinks back to my diet! :-) Amazing how we are all so different. Keep up the good work!

Girl, I always try to go before I weigh, and it doesn't seem to make much difference! :-) Keep up the good work! Things getting back to normal at work since you've gotten back?

I always go to the bathroom before I weigh too.. And it makes a difference of about 2 tenths of a pound some mornings. I weighed after drinking a cup of coffee this time and that's probably what the deal was. It's silly because I weigh each morning but the lowest number always comes on Fridays for some reason. I laugh cuz Thursday morning I could weigh 124 but by Friday morning it's less than 122...That scale HATES me.

Things are okay at work. It was too stressful before I left and I left some things undone and had to catch them up before the end of the week when I got back. Putting things off can make me cranky but as soon as the stuff got done (with one day to spare) I was relieved! All better now.

You are all skinny chics!  I am a HOSS next to you at 165 and hoping like hell to get to 154 and some plastics someday!
