Hey Everyone

Happy Friday!   There are days when you just are glad to be alive and today is one of them.  The sun is shinning, the air is crisp and fresh, blue skies and a gently breeze.  I am getting my old self back my friends.

Rocky and I went for a walk at 6:30am and I am going to the Y for some laps after work.  I am so pumped   I will be posting a thread about weight gain and restarting.  I hope you will read it and join me with setting up some goals here on OH and we will do it together.  

So my friends, Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today?  Come on in and share with us what you are doing to get to goal and what you are doing to stay at goal. If you are like me and need a restart then BABY LET'S DO IT

Hi Kathy!!! Happy to see ya back here at the Grad's board!! I'm glad to hear you're having a good day today.

I walked 5miles this morning~it's a beautiful day here too~not too hot and humid, just perfect!!! Not sure if I'll do anything else today or not b/c I"m packing and cooking for a camping trip this weekend, so we'll see. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!

Hi Kathy,
I moved alot today at my gym:

5:30 am-Body Pump class for 1 hour

6:00 pm-RPM (spinning) class for 1 hour with my husband.

I've been gone for several days and am trying to catch up on regular e-mail as well as OH.  I'm interested in the thread you mentioned about weight gain and restarting but don't have a clue where it is.  I went to the main board and couldn't find it there either, although I have to admit I'm not good at navigating OH and don't know how to find stuff!

Can you help me out?!

Hi Jo,

Sorry for the confusion.  I have not posted it yet, I will do so Monday.  I was just getting the word out that I too have put on a few pounds and wanted to know if others would like to restart with me!  I am going to post tomorrow a list of foods I am going to eat from and 1500 and 1800 cal eating plan. 

It's going to be an OH goal of mine and wanted others to join me!

Oh good, glad to know I haven't missed anything yet!  I'll look forward to seeing it when you get it posted.  I am (again) re-commiting to getting both my eating and exercising back on track.  I got started the middle of this past week (amazing that I actually started mid-week instead of a Monday!!).  I can already tell that once I stop eating the crappy carbs for a few days, everything else tastes so good!!

I am now going out for a walk!  What gorgeous weather we are having down here in southern IL!
