3 Years and 3 Months Post-Op
I have spent most my time posting on my state board I hardly venture away from it. I need to branch out and talk to some post-ops that are further out. I was doing great till this spring, I went on a trip out of the country and had a horrible time finding proper food choices. I ended up eating alot of things I should't, and that opened the flood gates I can't seem to close. Now we are going on a two week trip to CA and I have regained enough that I can't fit into my clothes. What is the 5 day pouch test???? What else can I do????
