6 yrs post-op today!

Congrats on the longeivity and good work.   I was 7 years out as of August 6th and I can hardly believe it.   I find it a struggle to keep off the weight, but so far, I'm still at a goal weight.   I went to my yearly appointment and found I had only gained 1 lbs since last year.  

I think exercise is one of the most crucial keys to success.   I really am faithful about getting my supplements and protien drinks.   But as time goes by, it is getting more and more of a challenge.

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
