Margarita Friday accountability - what did you eat today!

 So you did the best you could.  I wonder if you had a script from your doctor that you needed to have protein, if they would allow you to take something in. Anyway, you did well. Today is another day, so don't beat yourself up over the pizza and cheeseburger. ( Still don't know why this site blocks out the word pizza?  Anyone know why??

Morgan's Mommy, I haven't been to an amusement park since my surgery but went while I was trying to do WW and the only 'friendly' thing I could find was Subway too, as it was one of the only 'chain' that offered nutritional info on their menu.
I ended up having a giant ice cream cone at the end of the day and called it even figuring I had walked for miles between rides, but I'm not sure even people who are skinny and on diets figure that stuff on unusual events outside the home not within the norm, like an adventure trip at an amusement park, I am so sure that even if you are within goals during all the other days you will do just fine.
Just don't let that one day at the park lead into any more and you should be ok.

Thanks! I did walk miles and miles! I thought to myself this would not have happened 4 years ago! I was o.k with the pizza but why in the world did I eat McDonalds? It made me sick the last time over a year ago and of course I felt miserable for hours afterwards again! Have agreat weekend!

Breakfast: 2 oz string cheese 1  cup appelsauce.

Lunch: Two oz chicken, 1 oz shredded cheddar cheese, 1 cup tomatoes mixed with some onion, 1/8th cup  wheat germ, 1 TBS olive oil, 1 TBS balsalmic vinegar.

Dinner: 2 oz cottage cheese, 1 oz shredded cheddar cheese, 2 cups lettuce/tomato/onion (salad), 1 TBS wheat germ, 3 TBS blue cheese dressing.

Calories 1062
Protein 62

Hmm..pretty creative food there huh? So I've eaten the same thing for a few days, takes out the guess work, and I've been so busy it's either eat the thing cause I have it and don't have to think about it, or binge on junk lol..

but one more day down 100% :)

I SO want a SF Margarita...But it's not to be tonight. Too late and past my bedtime. I was up way too early this morning...need more sleep.

Oatmeal et al like every morning

Coffee

1 medium pear

1 dannon fit and light yogurt with TVP

1 lean cuisine grilled chicken pizza

1 beef taco

1 protein bar, balance

4 oz pork chop, 1/4 baked potato, ½ cup mixed veggies canned

four bottles (24 oz) drink mix throughout the day

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
