Screamin Knees - 5k Run - Is your time improving?
Hey Everyone,
How is the training going? Are you finding it easier to run? Is your time getting better? Are you running the entire 5k now witout having to stop?
Well if the answer to those questions is "yes" then WAY TO GO

If the answer is no, don't worry...this is only the second week of training. Yesterday I went to the Y for our session and the more advanced group went to the track to work on their time. I am a few others are still facing the challenge of running the entire 5k. I find I am not as winded but my time has not improved. I still have to stop and walk for a distance, but you know what? That is ok

I did day three of week three of the couch to 5 K today I should of started week 4 today but missed Monday;oh well! I will start week 4 on Friday. I am looking forward to the Y's training for the Thanksgiving 5K Turkey Trot, I hope I can keep up and am not the slowest one there. I know I should not care but after a lifetime of being the slowest I am ready for someone lest to have that title!
It sounds like you are doing great! I took two days off to rest my knees and they feel great today no pain at all; I will have to see how they feel tomorrow, if they feel fine I will do Zumba if not maybe I will go swim laps at the Y with my daughter.
