 Sorry about the post mix up y esterday...got my days mixed up!
Had a hard time eating today:
kung fu for 60+ min
oatmeal with raisins, 3 protein drinks, flour tortilla with motz, cherries, wasabi peas, v-8 juice, tried to eat some stew (couldn't ). I think I will make some oatmeal.

Walked for 30 min & Wii fit.

      1/2 c 1% milk
L    3 oz grilled chicken on a salad with salsa as dressing
D    1 scrambled egg and 1 slice of ham
S     Sugar Free popscicle

Lots of water and Crystal Light

Wow...The sad thing is: I didn't even notice the mix up. What a day I had yesterday!

I had a really good day today, though. Dh had an appointment with a new opthomologist and really hit it off with him. Before we left we had BOTH appointments for BOTH cataracts AND we’ll have them done and over with before we leave for Hawaii…Tomorrow I’ll meet with my sister about the center pieces for the reception and we’ll hash out some things on the wedding cupcakes.. I’m really doing good today and hopefully tomorrow will be more of the same!

 

6:30 am 10 oz coffee

7:00 am oatmeal, TVP, soy milk

7:30 am 10 oz coffee

8:30 am 24 oz SoBe Protein drink mix,

11:00 am shrimp caesar salad, several to a dozen french fries stolen from hubby's plate

12:00 am 24 oz GV Drink Mix, Pink Lemonade

1:45 pm ½ package of beef jerky

2:15 pm 24 oz Morning Spark Drink Mix, Orange

3:30 pm 1 pc honey roasted turkey ham, 4 oz Dannon Light n Fit Yogurt, strawberry

4:30 pm 24 oz Wylers Drink Mix, Cool Raspberry

 6:45 pm 4 oz grilled salmon, ½ baked potato, 1/3 cup sweet peas

 

Planned dessert: ½ cup frozen yogurt, Blue Bunny, Strawberry Cheese cake.

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

I ate terribly today! I have a plan for tomorrow so I will just look to the future! I left late today and forgot my protein drink and am out of them at the office. I am going to Trader Joes and Super Supplements to stock up tomorrow so I am better prepared.
B-Starbucks low fat turkey bacon sandwich
S- half a box of frozen Junior Mints
L-1/2 turkey and havarti sandwich
L-1/2 chop chop salad- went to the Ram for lunch with my husband otherwise I would of had my baked chicken, brown rice and brocoli that I had brought- I will eat that tomorrow
s 100 cal popcorn and a string cheese
D-low carb wrap with turkey, pepperjack and veggies, 1/4 bag chips and half a sugar cookie
S-7 lf triscuits, string cheese and red grapes
All my water, half my vitamins, forgot calcium; again and 41 minutes on the treadmill alternating walking at 4.0 mph and jogging at 5.0 mph. I move on to day 1 0f week 4 of my couch to 5 k training on Friday. I have a v-8 in my fridge at work, I just have not tried it yet, if i CAN DRINK SOME OF THESE VILE PROTEIN DRINKS i AM SURE i CAN DRINK V-8!

 I've been drinking v-8 too, just remember not to get the low sodium...well its ok, but the regular is better. I started drinking that to increase my vege intake!
One bad day won't spoil the soup!! (that's not exactly how the saying goes...but you get the idea)
