Hi everyone! I'm a bit late, I guess. I was nice and low on calories, but didn't hit my protein goal yesterday-I should have had another shake. Anyway, here's what I had yesterday:
2 americanos with 2Tlb each half and half (this is my daily "badness")
Met Rx protein shake. (Bought the powder at Trader Joe's-very cheap! Not the most delicious, but not bad either)
1 Nectarine
Crustless mini-quiche muffin with ham
Small greek salad with 2 oz gyro meat on it.
1/2 c pistachios with shells. (OMG I had to measure carefully and put the bag away because those things are little bites of heaven. Help!)
1/4 c cottage cheese with 2 strawberries
Sauteed chicken breast in a tomato-wine sauce, 2 oz.
2 asparagus stalks
Kabocha squash, maybe 1/4c.,  with a little bacon (Tastiest. Squash. Evah, by the way.)

Calories: 986
Protein: 79g
Carbs: 55g
