tuesday accountability - what did you eat today?
Tami, thanks for keeping me on the straight and narrow. I am working day work for the next two weeks and as you know its easy to stray. I was about to go to the cafateria to buy some cookies, but thought better of it after reading this reply to a post:
"Looks like you were having some sweet cravings.....ouch...that really threw you over the edge. SF cookies were ok, it was that donut.
Not tomorrow, every once in a while ok though! But after you ate it, was it worth it? Not getting on your case...just asking, ok? Its no biggie! :)"

protein was good, carbs...well you ate three pieces of bread, maybe that set you up a bit, but all in all, you chose good. did you feel more or less hungry with all the protein? Again, the whole picture doesn't look too bad, bet if you cut the 3rd piece of b read your carbs would have come down alot. What do you think?
