I haven't seen you for a while and wondered how you are doing. I'm glad you started walking. I bet you feel better in lots of ways. I know if I miss a couple of days working out, I get real hateful, and grow fangs and horns. It's just a good thing to do, and it's especially wonderful when it makes you drop a few pounds.
