What's your average daily water intake?

I shoot for 64oz+ daily and usually take in about 100oz per day. I carry a water bottle with me everywhere and find that if I'm traveling in the truck I can down quite a bit quickly~Not sure what it is about drinking (non alcoholic) and driving for me, but it works, LOL! I would encourage your mom to get some more in and sounds like you're doing great!!!!
