Veterans planning a Meetup

Join me in Hollywood, Fl for a veteran WLS Meetup. From Wed, Sept 17- Sat, Sept 20th. We will have a support group meeting on Thursday, a social event on Friday and a day long conference on Saturday. That sounds fabulous and I would love to come but there are two problems.  I am not a veteran and I live in Mo.  My dad was in the army and my Uncle dropped bombs in WW2 but I was not in the armed forces.  I bet you have a great time!  Have a great day and God bless, Penni

Veterans only refers to your length of time after WLS. More than 1 year out makes you a veteran. There are other people coming from out of town. I have a discount on hotel accommodations for those who are coming.

This event is open to everyone pre-op and post op because the veterans group is teaming up with a hospital program at Memorial Regional in Hollywood to do this event.
