Friday Weigh-in!
Sorry I've been MIA! I ran my half-marathon and have been recovering...
Two weeks ago: 154.4
Today: 156.4
Height 5'10"
I'm really okay with the gain. I took a week off running (last week) and have been pretty slack about monitoring my food intake--calling it "recovery" eating after the half! :-) I'm back on the horse now, so I expect to be back around 155 next week or so.

Yesterday I was 159 and today I am 160--I ate salt yesterday!
I want to be 145. I am only 5 foot so I really should be 120 (I don't want to be that little). I just can't seem to get down past 159! I have been doing everything I am suppose to do and I can't lose it. Oh well atleast I am not 308

Trying to get healthy can't over the freaking hump but not giving up. Stuck at 100 lbs. trying to get up to 115. Promised my kids I would get ther soon, to weak to even run can't see myself running. SO excited fro all of those that can run and live a good life. I will be there with ya sisters soon.
